Prices

The ticket prices are quoted in Russian rubles and include our reservation fees, delivery (within Moscow and Sankt Petersburg), handling, credit card transaction charges (100 RR is about 2,22 Euro).

Confirmation

All Internet orders will be confirmed / replied to via e-mail or phone within 48 hours. Please, provide the necessary contact information in the order form. After having considered of all details of purchase (date, place, seats, price), we make active payment possibility through the Internet.

Payment

Payment should be made by MasterCard or Visa and all sales are final and nonrefundable.

For paying by credit card you will be redirected to the ASSIST electronic-payment system for your credit card authorization The authorization result will be then returned to us. In the event of successful authorization the amount due for your entire order will be debited from your account. Should the authorization fail, your order will not be completed.

The security of payments in ASSIST is ensured by SSL protocol used for confidential information transmission from a customer to ASSIST server for further processing. The further transmission of information is carried out via closed banking networks, which are practically impossible to penetrate.

Delivery

We would advise our clients to have their tickets delivered to their hotel in Moscow or Sankt Petersburg. Cost of such a kind of delivery is included in ticket price.

When you receive your tickets, please, keep them in a safe place. Tickets (like cash) cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
